Enter Your Home now for 2009

The home owners have been selected for 2009!  10 lucky new home owners Names were drawn!  However if more can be done by donation we will increase the amount and draw more names!

Home requirements:
Must have closed on your home between May 1st 2008 and April 30th 2009
Must be in good standing with your mortgage company
Must not be up for sale - must be single family home and owner occupied -NO condo's
Purchase price can not exceed $150,000.00
Must be located in the city of Grand Rapids
Income levels: Family of 1 or 2 - $73,080.00 annual income / Family 3 or more $85,260.00
Must be willing to let landscapers have free will and sign release form                                                                        
Must be in the city of Grand Rapids
Must be willing to have yard on display on september 26th 2009 for tour of yard and not add anything to the yard after the landscaping till after the the tour and keep the yard free of rubish and let F.L.O.W. place a sign in the yard for 2 weeks.
Must attend a two. three hour class for landscaping at ICCF.
