THANK YOU TO ALL OF OUR LANDSCAPERS

In the fall of 2008, we plan to landscape at least thirty yards in the City of Grand Rapids. WE NEED YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT!

We want to thank you in advance for your consideration of this very worthy project. Each homeowner who is selected must meet strict criteria to receive this help. They have to really need it and be new homeowners in the City of Grand Rapids.

PROPOSAL:
Landscape the front yard of at least one of the homes selected. Value of landscaping should be $2000.00. You can donate the entire project or you can receive some help. The more donations we receive, the more homes we can landscape. We have been actively soliciting for monetary donationsso that we can make this project happen. With that said, we can help with some of the cost of the landscaping project to a dollar amount of up to half of the $2000.00. If you donate plant materials as well as your time, labor and machines, our dollars will go that much further.

WHAT WE NEED:

1. A commitment from you to the project
2. A landscape plan or plans (if you want to do multiple yards) so that we can help find the plant materials you need.
3. How much help you need, in terms of $.
4. How many volunteers you need to execute your plan.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU!
Besides huge satisfaction in helping a home owner raise the value of his property and also the neighborhood, there will be ample exposure to the public for your business. The homes will all be part of a garden tour on the 27th of September. After the tour, will be a Garden Party to celebrate the success. Each and every participant will be highlighted at these events. There will be a Garden Tour book where your work will be featured! You will be able to display your sign in the yard or yards you landscape, and you will be promoted on our website and .

We hope you will support us with your donation and that it will bring new awareness to your business.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Signed Commitment
2. Before and After pictures of the yard or yards you will landscape. (They must be taken from the same spot) The pictures need to be available for viewing at the location day of tour and then at the Garden Party afterwards. If you need help with this, we will be happy to help you. 

MORE:
Your work will be part of a contest. We are going to have folks vote with dollars for the yards they like the best. The winner(s) will be announced at the party. We are doing this to get folks to mingle and circulate and meet you. It is a great way to present your business to the public.

We have already started contacting media sources and will work to get coverage for this event. This is all for a good cause and tax deductible as a charitable contribution. It is a great way to give back to the community doing what you do best. We need your commitment to make this project a success.
